Since the beginning of her professional career, Psaki has been a member since her first job with the Democratic Party. At first, she began as a professional in 2001 when she worked on the re-election campaigns for Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack for the U.S. Senate and governor, respectively.
