Spencer X began exploring music as a child. When Spencer was in middle school, he started playing the percussion, trumpet, and bass and started playing the instruments. Spencer got introduced to beatboxing by a close friend at the same time who began beatboxing as the two played tennis. Spencer was fascinated by the skill of beatboxing.
